Lovely night and so much fun!! This what I describe about our JPX Appreciation Night last week 💚. When kak @sisilbee asked me about my impression of Runi OTP JPX Training Program? Well, this is one of precious moments of my life. I feel so lucky being part of big family Runiversity Indorunners. Training together with them who have so many running experiences. Actually, I've been waiting this opportunity for a couple months ago since I saw Sixers training together in GOR Soemantri wearing their Runiversity Black Training jersey. From the distance I asked myself "Is it possible for me to join them? They're so cool! Well, sooner or later I'll be a part of them". I just a single runner who learned about running by run app on my smartphone. For a long time ago I really want to know more about running techniques cz I've not found a friend whom I can consult with about it. I just watched Youtube and read some articles about running techniques. So much information I've got from those media but that's not enough for me who is a curious person indeed. When OTP JPX program opened requirement, directly I applied then fortunately I was selected being part of 30 JPX members. Yeay finally I could train with @irruniversity. It's such a dream. Thank you PakD, Captain, Rangers, & JPX fellow for wonderful 2 months training. I'm so grateful for knowing you all. You all my inspiration. Running gave me a bunch of positive things. Having so many friends and being a better person than before. Now there's no fear anymore. Just believe yourself and never give up. Don't forget to take a pray as well. My First Race & My First Half Marathon. No words can describe the feeling when I reached the finish line. Alhamdulillah I did it happily though I failed to meet the target that Capt gave to me cz side stitch drama on 5.5km. But it'll be my motivation for next race, I should reach that target! . . It's an honor to have 2 months training with @irruniversity Learning many things about running from nutrition to running techniques. Meeting so many running buddies, sharing each other's experiences and now being my new family. . . Special thanks to PakD @mryasha Who chose me being part of JPX, I still remember while you're calling me and asked me which one I chose either training or hiking to Tambora Rinjani then I chose training. This is what I have been training for the past two months with the OTP Jakarta Project team. There will always be a first time for everything. 1. Jul 30, 2017 was my first 10K that I'd ever made. 2. Aug 3, 2017 was my first time running in a grup with #ladyrushers #nrcjkt and without listening music. 3. Aug 6, 2017 was my first 13K, running with #werunjkt #nrcjkt 4. Sep 3, 2017 was my first time being a part of #runiotpjakartaproject #irruniversity #indorunners marathon training also doing Flexibility, Strength, and Balke test. 5. Sep 6, 2017 was my first time doing Interval and high intensive training. 6. Sep 8, 2017 was my first time doing Strength Training. Trying many kind of core exercises. 7. Sep 17, 2017 was my first 14K, my last longest run. What will be next? Soon Jakarta Marathon 2017 will be my first race and my first Half Marathon. Just remember that you'll never know until you try your first time doing something new and you'll be surprised what you can do.
