Look Ma, I'm important!
Lurking this fb event for some night out for the Newcastle Rock Society (which for some reason neither me or Matt got invited to despite like all of Northumbria rocksoc getting one, le baffled~) and there taking requests for songs for a night out...
IT'S LIKE ALL METAL - they call themselves an all encompassing society but I know these types.. their music > everyone else's music no ifs ands or buts.
there's a tiny bit of pop punk being thrown around but even so...
I will wear my Alkaline Trio tshirt next time I go to a rocksoc night out AND JUST SEE IF ANYONE AT ALL SAYS THEY LIKE THEM nobody does le sigh there isn't any point in mentioning The Gaslight Anthem or Hot Water Music or any 70s punk or any punk sub-genre except pop punk
I don't get it it's good though why~Â
Anyway thats that rant over.
I drank too much tonight. :/
My throat really hurts, although having to shout at people didn't help... Piracy was good though, and next week should be even better - pirate theme!
