RocksAnne is a Giant Tortoise Magical Girl and Kasey and Belle's mother figure. was laid and hatched in 1877.  RocksAnne is 143 Years old, After she hit 20, for every 3 Human Years, she ages only one. so that would make her 61 Years old. But she still feels young at heart. At Age 20, a fragment of a magical sun traveled to our solar system and landed in the Galapagos where she was. She ate it, and a change would start. She got hungry. The more she ate, the more she changed, mutated and evolved into an anthropomorphic tortoise. She'd get her name by saying her 1st word: "Rock." Then making more noises from being new to having vocal chords. Forming the name "RocksAnne." She also discovered her powers and became a magical girl in addition to an anthro. Decades and/or at least a century later, she ended up at the company that would build Kasey and ended up a mother figure for her for 20 years now. If RocksAnne is a mother figure to Kasey, she must be the smart one, carefree, skilled cook and wild at powerful attacks. Like final boss battle on Sailor Moon. She taught herself to cook and fish as she evolved. She has super strength, and she can make shields, materials and things from her shell. It would be as if her shell 3d printed shields, domes, shelters, maybe even buildings made of her shell. And she'd never run out.
