#rocket raccon

Saw someone draw em, crazy idea, so I drew it too (one-sided, so it's funnier in my head). Sleep over time!

Ah, yes, my two favorite characters, with traumatic childhoods and carrying the weight of believing themselves responsible for the respective deaths of their friends/siblings; with torturous memories of being trapped under the chilling gaze of an immoral scientist.

Both broken. Both treated as a problem. not believing themselves worthy of love but wanting it anyway.

Sarcastic, arrogant, funny and mechanical geniuses. With a big heart for his loved ones, protected by so many defenses against trauma that are engraved in his body and mind.

So different but so close in the same sense.

Oh, and weapons that double their size.

I still have to fix some things, but for now I like how my new drawing of Rocket and Blue is turning out, I think it's the first time I've tried to draw in its original form.

My oc is called Blue. She is a 19 year old human girl but thanks to a bracelet she made she has the power to be any animal she wants. When she met Rocket and then became his girlfriend, she decided to be a raccoon instead of a human. His fur color is a silvery gray and his raccoon form's eyes are yellow. She is shy, insecure but she is also funny, kind, loving and loyal and strong. She would give his life to save the people he loves. She and Rocket are parents of seven children 💖🦝✨
