Before I start I’d just like to note that I haven’t beat chapter 8 yet because my card decks are very weak, so if there’s something later on in the story that answers my question please feel free to let me know. I don’t mind spoilers and I’d rather be aware of it

also I played the main story in several short busts a few years ago so there may be things I’ve forgotten

I’ve been toying with a crossover fic between Tears of Themis and another otome game (Cupid Parasite if anyone’s curious) since 2023. My first attempt (where the CupiPara cast came to Stellis and did CupiPara stuff) went sideways for a variety of reasons, so for my second attempt I figured I’d flip the script and have the NXX Team infiltrate to investigate sightings of the NXX drug outside of Stellis. The issue is, I’m not really sure how the NXX drug works. I’ve read the amazing post on Reddit by u/BorggedSideways on Reddit but I still have a few questions.

1) is the NXX drug always in pill form or could it exist in a different way?

Because the Cupid Corporation is a marriage agency I don’t know why they would have illegal drugs (beside the character I intend to make the antagonist), so I was thinking about it being in a shipment of make-up instead so it’s easier to distribute unsuspiciously

2) is the fact that the drug exists in Stellis important to the plot or is it just that way so that the plot can exist?

I suppose what I’m getting at here is if it’s a contradiction for the NXX drug to be outside of Stellis for any reason. It’s also good to know if there’s anything about that I need to be specifically aware of, whether it’s the drug itself or the characters associated with it
