#THEINCIDENCE @ World’s First Cooking Robot
World’s first cooking robot for home that fits on your kitchen counter.
Mechanical Chef, a Bengaluru-based start-up, has designed a robotic kitchen that can cook a variety of Indian dishes ranging from Matar Paneer to Bisi Bele Bath without any human intervention.
The prototype built can cook over 100 Indian dishes. The entire menu is programmed into the computer.
The flexible boxes spill the different powders to cook food, while the operator fills in the bulk food like rice or vegetables. It also has detachable parts that help in easy cleaning.
Once the loading is done, the robot and the software takes care of the cooking.
The machine can be programmed to cook local dishes such as Upma, sambar and toor dal. Since the menu is programmed in the system, it would not allow taste variations and it will be consistent.
This would be of great help for those who are bachelors, or young couple who are both working.
