You should read Feeling Good by Dr. David Burns. It’s not just some shitty, faux-spirational self-help book, but a detailed outlining about the scientifically proven techniques behind Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT basics posits that what you think has a direct impact on how you feel, and that by being aware of how your thinking can become disordered, you can learn to control when you’re feeling like shit. It’s very detailed, at about 700 pages. Can’t hurt, right?

Sometimes it strikes me as a bit curious that I find so sexually enticing the weird things I do, yet during the day I function as seemingly exactly like everyone else. As if there should be some mark on my soul that others are aware of. As though being into piss, or a little BDSM, or some this that and the next thing is too weird for me to continue like a normal person. But, it's always a good reminder to know that we're all kind of... not fucked up, because that has a negative connotation, but we’re all a bit curious in our sexual lives and in our secret selves. I just think it’s really nice, for me to realize the stories you write, that set me ablaze in my private life, are coming from just… another super regular person with nice, fun hobbies, and a normal life. I don’t know. I feel like I’m not getting across what I really want to.

no I get what you want to say; It’s hard to explain. maybe it’s also a bit of realizing that there is a person behind the screen because I don’t show my face often or rarely talk about anything other than fandom stuff.

I feel like it is a good thing to regularly reflect yourself and make yourself realize that you are not a one-dimensional person but one with a lot of facettes and what you like sexually doesn’t make you a worse person than anybody else - as long as it doesn’t hurt anybody. the fantasies you have in your head don’t define you.
