“I really…want to apologize. I know I made promises, and things like that, and I proceeded to break them. And, your heart. I’m sorry.”

“Robbie…did you really even care?”

“About what?”

“About…anything. Everything.”

“I cared about you and how you felt. I still do. I just…couldn’t wrap my head around you being with other people without me. What they could be doing or saying.”

“But…didn’t you trust me?”

“I did. I just…couldn’t focus knowing that someone could’ve been getting to you. I didn’t want to tie you down.”

“You didn’t tie me down, Robbie. I was the most happiest talking to you. I didn’t need anyone else.”

“…I should’ve thought about that. And, I’m sorry for that as well. I’ve learned so much about myself in these last 2 months and, I strive to make myself better for Alicia.”

“….W-Who’s Alicia?”

“She’s…my girlfriend.”

“Oh…”

“I…didn’t mean to bring her up.”

“N-No. It’s fine. We all…need space I suppose. I figured someone else would…come along. There had always been some hope but…I have to accept reality. That you just…weren’t my fairy tale ending I had wanted for so long.”

“I should go. I…I hope you have a great life.”

“What about you? What brings you here?”

“Same…Spring Break. It’s my last day here.”

“Ah. We got another 2 weeks until Spring classes start.”

“Oh. L-Lucky you.”

“Yeah. You look…happy.”

“I am. For the most part.”

“Good. I-I wouldn’t want you to be upset. I know we were supposed to live out your dream but…my jealousy got the best of me.”

“Its ok. I..I’ve learned to get over it. Some things just aren’t meant to be, ya know?”

“Long time, no see.”

“W-What are you doing here?”

“Becca goes to school here. So, I’m with her for Spring Break.”

“Oh.”

“I had no idea I would run into you here. H-How have you been?”

“Uh…normal. Just…school.”

“Yeah…same here. But, at least we graduate soon, right?”
