Quest for the Greatest Arnie Villain:Sam Wannamaker as Luigi "Lou" Patrovita,PAul Schnear Paulo Rocca, and Robert Davi as Max Keller in Raw Deal
So first in my quest to find Arnold Schwarzeneggers ultimate screen foe was a Arnie film I didnt know anything about :1986's Raw Deal
Plot of the movie is Arnie is going undercover in the mob,and we have three very well played villains who....Are kind of rubbish .If they were facing Kurt Russell,Clint Eastwood or maybe Stallone they might be servicable bad guys.....But the probem is the hero is Arnie and they are bog standard mob guys going against a Goliath ,they have no personal connection to Arnie and they are no threat to Arnie ....In fact I feel bad for the gangsters honestly,thats my natural reaction to Arnie shooting a 67 year old Sam Wannamaker in the back
I think the big problem I have is Robert Davi ,the most belivable threat to Arnie and with the best chemistry is killed early in the climax.
Honestly they might be the weakest Arnie villains Ive seen
