#rob jetten

the global reach that this show has had is absolutely mind blowing. so many people with so many different life experiences and countries they grew up in and careers they find themselves in, see themselves in these characters and it’s just so fucking beautiful to witness.

And of course naturally the hyperfixation took over and all I can think of is a Jegulus Rob Jetten and Nicolas Keenan au. Now I know that Rob is older than Nicolas but in this au Regulus is Rob and is younger than James who will be his older Olmpyian gold medalist fiance, James can be a coach in his 40s or something but he has to be ridiculously hot and like everyone is envious of them both because they are both very hot and perfect at what they do

I know rpf (aka real people fiction) is quite controversial in fandom, so here's my opinion on it. I've read quite a few fics tagged with rpf (it was mostly lestappen and gtop, which you might not think is a wide range both fandoms are pretty big so it's fine). And while i definetly see the appeal of shipping real people, especially in places like Hollywood or the k-pop industry. I mostly treat it as a joke. I'll read some fics tagged with rpf, i'll like some fan edits and i'll indulge in some gtop theories. But i don't actually ship these people so i see it as a joke. These are real people, with real lives and most of the time real families, so it's best not to dig deep and make these people uncomfortable.

not the election results i'd hoped for but i am pretty stoked for the prospect of an openly gay prime minister :)
