Stafford’s Rob Hunt set up a rematch with Stourbridge’s Steven Pearce after successfully overcoming Sleaford’s Amir Unsworth at the Chase Leisure Centre, Cannock, on Saturday. Unsworth came in 2lb 4oz over the championship limit of 10st 7lb, meaning Hunt’s Midlands Area Welterweight Title wasn’t on the line. Stafford’s Rob Hunt admits he has already achieved his main boxing goal by being crowned Midlands Area Champion. The 29 year-old was crowned Midlands King at welterweight back in April with a career-best performance against Sullivan Mason.
