HOLIDAY COOKING SPECIAL: Every year for Christmas I take the time to cook up wild game for friends and family. I am always looking for new ways to cook up meat. This year I tried a new technique using La Caja China. It is a roasting box by @latintouchproducts used to easily roast a whole pig but I put my own spin on it... I roasted a stuffed axis deer hind quarter, wild pork in banana leaves and a Roosevelt elk front shoulder. This was by far my favorite preparation of the year.
