I have a theory.  The Final Pam seems to act very strangely about children.  Taking Shaun, who she had with Trash Hulk, a coffee can, who she thinks she had with Codsworth, and Roachy all as her children.  My theory as to why this is is that Turbovicki ran off without telling The Final Pam.  The reason why is because she needed to become the ultimate athlete.  She needed to master sport.  She needed to stop Dick Cheney on his quest to become vice president of sports.  This could also explain why she attempts seppuku after defeating Dick Cheney.  She feels guilty about leaving her mother, and there is a possibility that after beating Dick Cheney, someone told her about what happened to The Final Pam, and how after Turbovicki left, she went completely insane and basically took the commonwealth off the map.

Roachy has not gone unnoticed. @curioscurio someone asked me if I had since this just a few moments ago in the hall. Had to play it off as cool and pretend I had no idea of his existence.
