How is Roach personality? Was he different before getting captured by Strade?
It depends what Roach era we are talking about.
While in film school Roach was infamous around his peers for being a very screwed up director to work with,kubrick levels of harsh.
Very nice off set,a great buddy to drink with and talk to but very harsh when the camera was rolling.
It was perfect or nothing.
One time they got so mad they attacked their lead actress,assaulting her with a chair and breaking her rib (and got expelled).
After being expelled he started editing snuff for money and helping the people sending him videos hide their tracks.
he started getting paranoid and shakey,
having vivid night terors that mixed with reality.
The addition of alcoholism and drug use as a coping mechanism only hightening their paranoia of being caught or hunted.
They developed agoraphobia during that time.
Became very frail itchy and fidgity, just the type strade likes

They became (sadly) the healthiest they've ever been during their time with strade.
Being forced to go outside,workout ,eat and not idulging addictions,they became less snappy and weirdly,stable.
As stable as this man can be anyway,ripping his right earlobe off was his idea after all.😊
