Reloop are set to release a new Hybrid Media Player the RMP-4
The RMP-4 hybrid media player is the latest addition to the well known Reloop RMP series. Â The robust tabletop designed player comprises of a CD player, USB player and performance software controller. Â Also included are many new performance modes and outstanding features enabling the RMP-4 to be a very powerful next generation hybrid controller.
RMP-4 boasts four significant performance modes
The RMP-4 boasts four significant performance modes in the form of Hot Cue, Loop Roll, Hot loop and Sampler which allows a separate but personalised mix.  Each of the performance modes include 8 trigger pads for direct access in the selected mode.  Within the Hot Loop and Hot Cue mode your hot cues/loops are able to be stored, triggered or deleted.  In the Loop Roll mode there is the ability to trigger up to 8 different loop roll lengths, ranging from 1/32 to 4/1 beats.  These three modes have the ability to be enhanced further due to the incorporated SLIP mode.  The final mode, Sampler, allows access to up to 8 ‘one off’ samples and seamless loops.
Smart-link connection
The performance capabilities are greatly increased when using two RMP-4 players together as a result of the smart-link connection. Â In Sync mode, both tracks are synchronised via master/slave setting whilst the smart-link connection allows access to one USB source or DJ software at the same time.
Other features

A big dual-zone jog wheel, with a touch-sensitive surface and an additional high-resolution, 100mm pitch fader, allows for manual beat matching to ± 0.01%.
