Turning 52 today, light years away from these first few months of my life, with the ones who got me on this earth of mankind, Mom and Dad. This marks my first ever birthday without any of them, and it sucks big time. They nurtured me with so much love in those formative years and continued to provide guidance even from their sick bed in the last few years. I’ve kept my promise of taking good care of them in their old age, but now they’ve gone away; so now it’s a brand new chapter, brand new day, and a spanking new world to me.
