oceana has been replaced across the comic with fidelia lapointe! who is basically the same, she just has a slightly different design and new name. i’ve edited all her appearances and mentions across the comic to reflect this.
miri @riverside-extras made oceana originally and let me borrow her for the role, but since oceana has become such a vital character to NS, people were going to start thinking i made her up. but i didn't!! and i don't want that credit. so this is the solution! a new lady
she is just as awful as oceana and nothing about her role in the comic has changed, it's just the name and look. if you liked oceana, you'll LOVE her in http://www.riversidecomics.com/ , where she is even worse and has an even bigger role! go read it!
