She shuts off the water. A deep sense of shame washes over her. If things become awkward, she doesn't know what she'll do. Hitomi's hospitality is probably the main reason her future child is alive right now.

She dries off her hair and wraps it, and then wraps another towel around herself to pick up some clothes. But she can hear Hitomi, as she approaches the bedroom -- little half-moans and sighs.

"Hitomi?" she asks.

Hitomi is lying on the bed, one hand under the waistband of her skirt, face flushed. It's very, very obvious what she had been doing while Manaka was in the shower.

"Um...I'm..."

She looks away. She doesn't really know what to say.
