&&. life in the rivers beyond the borders of the world of the living was for sure, as those who were sapient in its origins called as ‘ heaven ’ peaceful enough to obtain such name, as she predicted to be;; yet, was this a dream? having been target of so many misfortunes before she wondered if this was yet another vivid dream of which she could not take refge from nor escape, her subconscious playing tricks with her mind. but then again, weren’t there many fascinating things, and unexplainable phenoms she had become acquainted through the words of her beloved? he was not the one to lie about those, yet...such occurrences could defy your own common sense.
&&. and then again, she , a mere human, had defied the laws of nature by holding her child within her womb for more than 9 months hadn’t she? so perhaps, this was not as impossible as she made it credible to be in her mind. but she found that her calm endeavour would soon be perturbed as she came across a non-expected sight....
the face was familiar but ..as far as she knew when her bloved died...he had not abdicated of his proudful moustache, something which carried his splendor and intimidation as a pirate (or so he mocked)... not to mention as far as she knew they did not have freckles across their visage.
&&. cinnamon orbs widened in realization. this could only mean one thing if she followed that line of logic. although...if they also were here, then most surely they had been taken their lives away from their grasp far too soon...such a tragic situation Rouge hoped not to encounter so soon. not that she ever wondered how fine of a young man they would have grown out to be in the care of Garp’s hands, but ...seeing your own child at the death’s hand was not the best circunstance you hoped for a meeting.
&&. still, the strawberry-stranded woman allowed a humble quantity of tears to roll down her cheeks, before a smile curved onto her lips.
