Dallas was working on his sprints, while the grass and the ice were two different things. If he could push off the grass quick enough, and get his momentum, then the ice would be a piece of cake. As he headed towards his bag, he glanced around. Feeling like a pair of eyes were on him, and sure enough he locked gazes with a set of familiar orbs. “What can I do for ya?” He called out to them, heading their way.

“I told you, im sick of being stuck in the stupid rundown motel. I need adventure,” Arabella spoke turning to the person behind her, running her hair through her poorly dyed hair. “Now stand and lets go,” A wicked grin on her face as she flew open the door, stepping into the brisk night air.

I return from a family vacation to find the school has burnt down, and we have to spend millions to help repair it. Guess the nice ass loft is a good compensation.

It had been a long week and Jay for sure needed a drink or four. Right after closing up his shop for the day he headed straight back to the apartments to change and then made his way to the closest bar. Maybe he’d even get lucky tonight, but for now all he wanted was some beer. He might be stupid, but he knew better than to drink and drive so he made the decision to leave his car at home. He would never be caught dead leaving his car in some parking lot over night because he was too drunk to drive it home. Besides, the bar was just a few blocks from the student apartment buildings and they didn’t have Lyft for nothing. He slid into a bar stool, calling over the pretty bartender and ordering his usual with a wink before she walked off to get his drink. His dark eyes scanned the room, searching for any familiar faces or maybe even some potential hookups. 

“you ever see a really cute dog and just get sad because that happened to me and now i want to impulse buy a puppy,” the girl spoke with small pout

“Well, it’s Monday and I didn’t go to a single party this weekend so this week is already off to a shit start. Is everybody really still so tense about the whole fire thing?” 

He didnt mind being on his own, even in the dingy motel, but he did find himself wandering around more. Just around the motel, finding different people to talk to and interact with. Given that all his projects had been killed in the fire, he had been trying to get some inspiration. But currently the only inspiration he had was filling his ice bucket and heading back to his room. Glancing up from the chest as he heard footsteps he sent a small head nod towards the culprit, “Sup,”
