i like to imagine that chip and gillion never really get ill (the former being due to lots of exposure to disease and shit while he lived on the streets, the latter cause of divine fuckery or whatever) but jay gets ill constantly. girl's just always battling off some cold and she gets real pathetic about it. she stumbles around with a croaky voice and a bright red nose, her eyes half shut from lack of sleep, and makes a tally of however many times chip makes fun of her so she can get revenge when she's better
