It's just me or when Damon said the phrase" For someone who doesn't wanna be like me you sure are good at it" is a little bit literally? Cause, she told him that in the last episode, about the feed things and whatever but the other things they have in common, like when he mentioned that they would put Jeremy out of everything, I thought: Elena would do anything to save her brother, just like Damon, even after everything he has passed with Elena's choice and being broken twice by the woman he loved and all because Stefan, he would still die for his brother! This is the human side of Damon, the side that turned himself into a vampire for his brother, because he didn't wanted him to be alone. This is the side that the SE fandom keeps denying in every single episode, cause when it was the opposite, when Rebekah took Damon and she was torturing him, Stefan wouldn't come back to save his brother if Elena didn't told him to come back. Why? Because he thought it would be easier to kill an original instead of saving the brother that loves his girlfriend.
