L / Ryuk (the one where L has to get Ryuk to fall in love with him or else he'll die)
…this is such a hilarious premise to me if only because I can only imagine L’s attempts to get someone to fall in love with him to be excruciatingly awkward and unsuccessful.
I do think Ryuk could potentially find L interesting, but actually fall for the guy? Probably not. Ryuk just doesn’t really see humans that way. Where Rem obviously feels sympathy/empathy for humans, Ryuk just seems to find humanity kinda funny and doesn’t really relate to people on an emotional level.
Mind you, L doesn’t really seem to connect with people on an emotional level either so they may relate to each other in that regard, though I think Ryuk would be more inclined to view L as like… a weird/exceptional human rather than a romantic option.
