When Anastaciy gets older, does he still like the earring that Il dottore and the clones have? Would he ask to have one just like it or would he create one in the same style with his own taste and personality? Or would he have none?

As for adornments, Anastasiy definitely has his ears pierced, though he doesn't often wear flashy earrings, or wear them much at all. In fact, his ears are usually mostly hidden by his hair, so no one knows that they're pierced, or that he usually wears little flower earrings to keep them from healing over, something like this:

Though he does have some longer/dangling earrings. He doesn't typically dress or adorn himself like Dottore, he follows more of Pantalone's influence when it comes to dressing and grooming himself, very refined and elegant. He does have an earring that's a hanging crystal, however, which looks very similar to the one Dottore and some of his clones wear, though it's more of a diamond with gold engravings. Similar style, different execution.

Dottore didn't even know his ears were pierced until Anastasiy showed up wearing fancy earrings four years later.
