something happened with the protag and one of the main girls...she brought him to visit her family for a marriage interview but he thinks he’s there for a completely different reason and i do not remember at all what that reason is

‘In Another World With My Smartphone’ is just as dumb as the title indicates, with the added bonus of being rather boring and surprisingly unoffensive.
it’s fairly average as far as isekai anime go- minimal plot, maximum wish fulfillment. the protagonist’s smartphone solves almost all his problems, and when that fails, his god-strengthened stats carry him through.
the stupid ‘harem of girls as a result of showing basic human decency and friendship’ is such a tired trope. i want it to die. all these girls are strong in their respective magic fields and decently interesting characters on their own but ~somehow~ they’re all in love with touya, who is blander than mayonnaise and without his literal god-given enhanced stats, would be unremarkable even by isekai protag standards. seriously, he’s boring. like okay, it’s nice that he doesn’t expect anything from the girls in return for his help, and regards yumina’s affections with the wariness that situation deserves. but that’s it. that’s all he’s got going for him.
anyways....5/10. it’s just barely interesting enough to keep watching while i wait for other shows to update......
