My latest mask, and it’s about a foot wide tip to tip! Used the same technique for the ears as I did for the Cambion, plus the tragus...es. Tragi? the bumpy bit. Also revived the eyelash cuts from my earliest mask attempts-- which screwed me up on my first attempt on leather because you have to cut in the opposite direction you want the eyelashes to go in. The glow-in-the-dark paint didn’t go on as evenly as I wanted initially, but I’m very happy with the intensity and the color. It doubles as a night-light!

humans do not treat their ill with respect, by and large. we do not honor them, we do not go out of our way to be humane in later studies, we do not change our practices quickly when someone says things are fucked up. in fact, if we change them at all, it’s a goddamn miracle.
