OMG your IshiHota birds are so cute >< I saw the art a while ago on pixiv and love them so much. NOW they become real I'm soooo wanna hug them cuddle them make them mine <3 ~~~~ You're so talented. How do you make them? I mean from what material? Will you make the rest of the Touran bird? Will you give any tutorial? And btw, can I share it on FB? I will state the credit properly ^^

They are made by needle felting, which is just stabbing wool with a barbed needle until the fiber is interlocked and tight enough to be shaped. I used polyester fiber to make the core and covered it with colored wool, because synthetic material is much cheaper ;-;.Â
The ultimate goal is to make everyone, but I’m not sure if I have enough time for that....Kashuu is coming up next though!Â
And if enough people are interested, i might give a tutorial, but I just got into needle felting too and all I did was watch a few youtube videos. It’s really not a difficult technique if you want to try it :3
