This woman who has turned me from “never will I ever set foot in the cycle studio” to “sssshhhhhh.....I have to get to Amp now.” 💪 This class is hard to teach. You have to get music with the right bpm (beats per minute). You have to get music people want to ride to. You have to choreograph the moves with the music, or people aren’t invested in it. You have to keep a balance of all the technical components of class, on top of the standard components of teaching. And you have to deliver while taking most of the class yourself. And Kemma CRUSHES it. Every time. She’s on the beat. She rides the rhythm. She empowers you to work your little short legs off, and even if this video makes it look slow, you somehow leave feeling like you just battled the Tour de France and won. As an instructor, we are always looking to find opportunities to create a sense of community, and that is another huge challenge on top of everything else. And Kemma does it flawlessly, while bringing light to class, the whole time. She is everything I want to be in an instructor and I am constantly motivated and inspired by her classes.
