You rolled your eyes, but couldn’t hide your smile. „Yes, but this is not what I am talking about. You look like you ate the most disgusting shit in the world.“ Ricky didn’t said anything, instead he took away the bag of gummies and put another yellow gummy into his mouth. Again his face scrunched up. „See, I look like always, young and handsome.“, he said and put the bag aside. „Quanrui Shen! Stop lying!“, you said while crossing your arms. „I never lie!“, he said defending himself. Could it be he never liked the yellow gummies? But why did he always ate them and never even left a piece. He never asked for the red gummies, he seemed always so satisfied with the yellow ones. „Ricky you don’t like them, why are you eating them?“, you asked. He sighed. „Well I know you love the red ones and you know the bag is filled half with the red gummies and half with the yellow gummies. I eat the yellow gummies, so you have enough of your favorites for yourself, I know how much you like them.“, he explained. Your eyes grew big and your lips started quivering. He is so attentive and caring, how do you even deserve this man? „Hey! Wait! Stop, no crying!“, he said panicking, wiping away your tears with his thumbs. Normally you don’t cry because of this kind of stuff. But you just realized how lucky you are. Nobody ever cared enough for you, nor did something like that for you. Nobody but Ricky. „I never noticed that you dislike them too, but you still eat them because of me? Thank you!“, you said loudly and hugged him, putting your face into his neck. He smelled so good. Ricky pulled you onto his lap and stroked your back. „This is nothing you should thanking me for.“ You shake your head. „No it is. You care about me.“, you whispered into his neck. „Of course I do.“, he whispered back. „I love you.“, he said and pulled your face, so he could kiss you. The kiss was so soft, full of love and the taste of lemon. The lemon gummies. You shuddered and pulled away, which surprised Ricky, he was used to longer kisses with you. His big eyes looking at you, afraid that he might did something wrong. „Please. Never eat them again if you don’t like them. I share the red ones with you.“, you said sniffing and caressing his cheeks. He smiled softly and pecked your lips. „Stop now crybaby. It’s just gummies, nothing you should cry about.“ You nodded and after a few more little kisses, you continued watching Bridgerton. This time feeding your boyfriend the red gummies.
