wow so forfuturereferenceonly was another experimental troll blog.
I guess on some level I knew that all along. I didn't wanna believe it though because it's so much easier to just let yourself go on wanting to grind someone's face into dust because they're so ignorant/hateful/hypocritical/whatever.
but in retrospect, the character that was portrayed was a little too one-dimensional to be real. there was no dynamic, fluctuating nuance of humanity like there is with a normal person who goes on tumblr every day and lets the world see their ups and downs, their idiosyncrasies, and all the different little facets of their personality.
FFRO was always predictable. It was either a post with abstract/modern art, a post of dismissive or hypocritical replies to asks they got, or a self-important, elitist PSA about the evils of this institution or that word usage or whatever. what makes it obvious, in hindsight, was the lack of human nature -- there was never a change in the "emotional climate" of the blog.
it sort of makes me wonder about ricksantorum-2012 (who is actually still around). I always thought the longevity and consistency of the blog was a good indicator that this guy is real, but now that I think of it, there's so many parallels between the way the two blogs are run -- the lack of dimension, various character traits, a believable sense of humanity -- I may even go as far as to say it's the same person, considering they said that they run many RP blogs... who's to say they couldn't have one that's in direct contrast with the other??
anyway I guess this is pretty pointless, just trying to give my two cents on the matter is all. at the end of the day it doesn't matter much but hey, it's something to focus on besides the constant pain in my mouth and my sleep deprivation.
