-I would like Kiokro to get a big moirail who can protect them. So if they cause some issues they can run to their big buff moirail to protect them. Maybe someone interested in witchcraft or magic, like they are! They’re a massive empath- its part of their psiionics- so they strongly feel whoever is around them’s emotions. So someone who is maybe a bit distant emotionally, or apathetic, or someone who is extremely happy all the time would be good!
Going off anon for this, but they pulled a Tumblr on League. Nerfing damn near everything from champs to items. They purged with the 9.3 Update. But at least Jhin, Jinx, Vayne, and Twitch got a indirect buff with the crit changes.
