Rich sees a cute storefront that would be perfect for a studio where she can create, sell and teach art. Then she quickly starts adding up the cost and realizes she can't afford it. Her man comforts her. They dine at Magnolia Bistro (available here). Aaron Pierre helps her devise a plan to make her dream a reality.

In my new simself gameplay save I brought back her boo Aaron Pierre or it may have been Pierre Aaron I can't remember and I'm too lazy to go search.

Either way I had way too much fun decorating his apartment. I tried to make it look like a guy who is a bit of a nerd, who appreciates art but buys from smaller lesser known artist. Well traveled, but only supports local natives in the country he's staying, and he's fluent is Spanish, Portuguese and Tagalog. Works in IT and mostly from home.
