Discover the secret to mouthwatering oven-baked boneless pork ribs. This easy recipe combines a flavorful marinade with slow baking to achieve tender and juicy ribs that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 pounds Boneless pork ribs. 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce. 2 tablespoons Olive oil. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar. 1 teaspoon Garlic powder. 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 325F 163C. To make a marinade, mix tomato sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and dried thyme in a bowl with a whisk. Pour the marinade over the boneless pork ribs in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again. Make sure the ribs are well covered, then put them in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight for a better taste. Cover a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top of it. Place the boneless pork ribs that have been marinated on the rack and let the extra marinade drip off. Bake the ribs in an oven that has already been heated for 45 to 55 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C. Halfway through the cooking time, baste the ribs with more marinade. After the ribs are done cooking, let them rest for a few minutes. Enjoy these tasty boneless pork ribs that are baked in the oven with your favorite sides. For extra flavor, you can add fresh herbs and extra barbecue sauce as a garnish.
