Tuesday 19th May - Day 1 & 2 Ripped in 30
So we finally settled on a programme, I also finally caved and bought 3 months of jillians app. Because we use it alot and I am enjoying it and I love her stuff anyway.
We're going to be commuting to doing the ripped in 30 until we do all 4 weeks. But we will be taking rest days so it might not seem like we're doing it like that tracker.
I love ripped in 30 tho I don't believe I've ever finished it, I'm glad A got excited when we did it on Monday and wants to finish it. It's been fun trying out different ones, but I really want to finish a whole programme.
Let's hope I get the results I'd like from this one. Going to take some before photos tomorrow and organise a progress page and my other pages at some point so this place is more coherent.
Anyway I'm not on much cause I deleted the app from my phone and its weird cause I miss this place but I'm happy having less time scrolling. So I'm going to at least try and be consistent with posting if not keeping up with everyone and post at least once or twice a week. Sorry its not more but I'm really enjoying time away from social media.
