Ben had never been in a relationship on Valentine’s Day so he wasn’t exactly sure what he should be doing here. He felt a little stupid as his eyes scanned through the different things for sale in the marketplace the days leading up to the holiday, just feeling like Rey wouldn’t get much use out of any of them. He wanted to do something more than just pick something up and give it to them so instead he met up with sister and made some cupcakes for Rey. They weren’t great. Far from it, really. They were lopsided and messy but it was the thought that counts, right? He hoped so.
