(Un chaton ça arrête jamais 😱) J'avais pas d'autre chaton rex alors jsuis allée voir dans mon frigo et j'ai trouvé "Everyting in yellow" de @barncatales . Le coup de foudre total! Pour moi... et pour Syd. 😜 C'est une saison brassée avec des citrons Meyer vieillis dans des fûts de gin avec Brett et des bactéries. Les fûts sont de la distillerie Willibald Farm. Au nez un peu de genévrier, touche de funk/levures fermière. En bouche on goûte le barriqué. C'est acidulé, légèrement funky, arômes de citrons d'aromates de gins, finale plutôt sèche et délicatement amère. Un maudît bel équilibre! Syd et la petite bière approuvent! . . . Syd needed a playmate to spend all his "kitten energy" and I couldn't keep up. I had no other rex cat in the house so I went to my fridge and found @barncatales 's "Everyting in yellow". The city cat felt instantly for the barn cat! And I did too! 😜 It's a saison brewed with Meyer lemons aged in gin barrels with Brett and Bacteria. Brewed in collab with Willibald Farm Distillery. On the nose a little juniper, touch of funk/ wild yeast, lemons . Mouthfeel is tart, slightly funky, aromas of lemons, gins. Dry and delicately bitter finish.
