With the fake bravado out of the way, the pink-haired demon turns away brashly. When out of sight, a sliver of a smirk creeps up on his face.
The pink-haired demon slouches on his study chair. He hovers his fingers over the edge of the desk, nails barely touching the wood.
Fire ignites from the tips of his fingers abruptly. Its flames lick his skin pleasantly. Its embers reach the wood and a burst of red and orange grows.
His desk was burning down to the ground, and soon the curtains would be too... Ah, the thought filled him with such delight. Alice sits contentedly back on the backrest, watching the wreckage develop. His eyes grow feverish from the rush.
