      Closing up the shop usually wasn’t a long process for Suzaku, but after a sudden late-night rush from a concert, he was left with more work than he anticipated. He had been running back and forth from the front of the coffee shop to the back, helping customers left and right while also attempting to keep order and help out his employees. Frankly, if he was content with just running his own shop, he wouldn’t have felt obligated to have several part-time jobs alongside it.

      What he didn’t expect to see was someone standing near the front door of his coffee shop, seemingly waiting for either him or to see if the shop was open. Suzaku wasn’t even sure how long he seemed to be waiting, but he certainly had a feeling of regret, especially since he hadn’t realized it sooner. 

           Orihime watched the other with the cupcake she tried to make. It was something she has been wanting to perfect and give it to Ichigo, just in time for his birthday. His birthday was fast approaching that she worried she might end up not giving him anything. She blinked as she waited for their thoughts and she couldn’t deny that it was making her nervous.
