Hi there! I was wondering if you could help me out with something. I've got to write a sonnet for my English class and I have no idea what to write it about? Any help is appreciated (:
I fear finding inspiration is the difficult part. I can't give you a topic, at most advice on the structure. What I did when I started to write iambic pentameter is that I hit my fingers against my desk one by one with each syllable I pronounced or thought of.Then there's the 3 quatrains and the closing couplet left for the rhyme structure and you should maybe try to come to some kind of conclusion in the couplet.But really, you can write about virtually anything. Feel free to browse my blog for inspiration.
