Finally. With the wind whipping through his hair, Retsarra couldn't help but throw his arms wide to feel it rush past him. As high as they were, it felt colder than his jacket was prepared for, yet he reveled in the way it nipped at his exposed skin. 

Finally, finally, finally. He repeated in his mind, so giddy that he almost felt dizzy with it. Tipping his head back, he watched the blue sky overhead and the clouds that dotted the snow-capped mountains. The mechanical whirring of the propellers on either side of him kept him grounded; a reminder that it was real. Not like the false sky he'd constructed in the Hunter's Ring, but the true thing.
