#restringing bjd

A simple tutorial for restringing single-jointed dolls. (or at least those that are easy to restring, so not MNFs with triple joints or something ;) 

The tutorial works for those who have only one pair of hands available <3 

NOTE: here I am restringing only to tighten the already existing elastic. I am not explaining here how you should measure it. Also, I am only showing the legs being restrung. With arms - you’d do it similarly (using the multi-fold thread), but it’s easier and the elastic for the arms may be a little thinner. Legs always seem to be most problematic

So I’ve just about worked up the nerve to restring my minifee m-line boy, and I was messing around with his ankles, pulling them back to see how far I could get it pulled back, and to see what it looks like.

I’m quite confused on how I would even go about taking it off, and I can’t find a tutorial on how to restring a m-line boy.

I was wondering if any owners of m-line boys could help me out?
