Hey, circle ka ba? [Hey, are you a circle?]
Roadtrip 2k17
All right friends, specifically GF friends
I'm headed out west this week on a roadtrip to help my uncle move to Washington state, and I need suggestions on places to see!
My grandfather, his cousin, and I will be driving straight up one week, staying in Washington around Seattle for a few days with my great uncle (I’ve noticed the irony :D ) and then sightseeing for an entire week on the way back; I've never been anywhere west of Kansas/Nebraska, and my grandfather said he'll be stopping anywhere I want to see. He has been out before so he knows what he's doing, but he left it up to me to decide where I stop.
I know we'll be stopping to see Sturgis, Deadwood, Bill Hicock’s bar, Seattle, the redwoods, Yellowstone, and Mount Rushmore, among others; I need to know what other ideas y'all have, specifically Gravity Falls friends. We’ll only be in Oregon for a little bit, so where should an avid fan go?
Think restaurants, tourist traps, sights, national parks, the works. I don't drink, so any predominantly alcohol-related establishments are out. I love anything related to the supernatural/gothic Americana.
We’ll be leaving out of Missouri, and the states we'll be going through are Kansas, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas, Washington, Oregon (hopefully), and possibly Utah.
Fire away!
i am curious
what is it to be "in a fandom"
is it sharing posts about it? Making posts about it? Talking about it with fellow fans?
I do not really Talk Extensively About Media, so that is probably on me, but it really feels like a very odd thing to say you do.
Like, I ADORE TWEWY. I share posts about it, have thoughts, talk about it with some friends, but i would hardly say im "in the fandom".
how do you define being "in the fandom" of something?
found my dream man on tinder now we wait for him to respond it’s been a day
