Resolution #2, #3, #4 & #5
Ok, day two of actually keeping Resolution #1. And day one, of keeping Resolution #2... well I haven't actually gone a whole day, but we'll just go with it. Resolution #2 is to stop snacking. D: I KNOWWWW!! Super hard.. It's not that I'm fat or anything. I just wanna get healthier. So, Resolution #3 is working out. For at least 30 min, I can't go from doing nothing to working out for like 5 hours, I don't think any normal people do that anyway. I'm not trying to be an Olympian just a little healthier. So, I'm going for Pilates. POP Pilates to be exact. I like her videos, so I'm gonna stop just watching em, and actually start doing the workouts. One small step for me, one big step for my body. I wanna trip my waist, lift my butt, and strengthen/tone my arms. Those are my 3 target areas. I will try to keep you people, who actually read this, up to date on whether I keep up with the exercise. But this also bring us to resolution #4, cooking, I don't know if I'll start this today, but most likely yes I will, because I do cook, I just don't cook healthy stuff! Soooooo, been reading Women's Health Magazine, for like the past 2 months, gonna actually use some of the recipes I see. PROGRESS! Which also brings me to Resolution #5......... THE HARDEST OF THEM ALL..... Stop.... Eating..... At.... FAST FOOD..... places....
