Is your muse an optimist or pessimist and how does this influence their choices?
Given the choices, an optimist. Bentley likes to prefer himself as a realist - but he does still hold a lot of hope and brighter thoughts for the future, which would definitely suggest him being the more optimistic sort. While he has certainly had his share of harshness and losses in the post - Outbreak world, heâs trying to work for a goal, rather than just survive. His thoughts are always based upon - what will happen when itâs all said and done, how will they survive that, or themselves, then?
Does your muse believe one should always work hard to get what they want or would your muse take a kind offer without feeling the need to repay it? What do they expect when they lend/give something to someone?
Bentley was raised on hard work. While his parents didnât own a farm, much of his young life was spent on one that belonged to his best friendâs parents. The idea of really working to earn the fruit of oneâs labor was instilled, and he always tries to make his own way, or repay back as soon as possible whenever someone had given him some kind of offer of generosity. Bentley is a pretty giving person - if he had the chance heâd loan out money or his help whenever he could, to whoever needed it. There were instances, when he would give - full well knowing that it could never be returned, and doing it anyway. Sometimes he did it, with the unspoken arrangement that theyâd pay him back whenever/however they could. Sometimes they did, sometimes they didnât. Heâs never pushy about it, and perhaps there are those that would take advantage of that, but that doesnât stop him from still lending a hand, whenever or wherever itâs needed.
When faced with a tricky situation will your muse be proactive or passive? Will they, for instance, try to get involved when theyâre not or will they try to get away when they are?
That honestly depends on the situation. While Bentleyâs first instinct is to help, he knows enough that some instances - it would be better without third part interference. So, using his best judgement in assessing the situation, he would then act to the best of his abilities and thoughts to help defuse, or better, the situation from there on out.
