it is perfectly fine to submit OCs that you find. That's the point of an OC review blog, yes? I typically try to keep creators of OCs anonymous so others can't bully them.

WISHES TO BE GRANTED : Just fluff of anything involving Kikuri and Konngara. If that is not possible then fluff of MuraNue, MikoToji, AyaSana, or mother/daughter FuTojiko will suffice. Please try to make it as adorably heart melting as possible. Drawing or fanfic or anything, please just make it really heart melting and cute. Like borderline baby bunnies in your arms.
PET PEEVES :Please no nsfw. Well I don’t really think most people put nsfw in fluff but you get the point. Also things like fanservice really tick me off.
YOUR ABILITIES : I can draw, and voice act CERTAIN CHARACTERS. Depending on the character you want voiced, I will happily voice it or decline it (I mostly voice high pitched characters and characters with accents of some sort). How long the script or what you want me to say doesn’t really matter, but please don’t make it too long. I can also write mediocre fanfics.
YOUR WEAKNESSES : I have a really, REALLY, horrible memory. But since this seems so important, I may remember it. I get things done REALLY slowly, due to family issues and procrastination.
MULTI-TASKING ? : No. I suck at multitasking.
