In his spare time, which Giorno found he had a lot of recently, he liked to people watch. This place was far more interesting than his homeland for better or for worse, and in surveying it, he learned more and more each day.
Recently, he found himself watching a particular young woman. The boy was not one to stare for more earthly reasons, but she had an air about her that stood out, a powerful air. He’d even go so far as to call her regal. If he played his cards right -- and she proved to be what he suspected -- she could be a boon. Finally, he stood, making himself as nonthreatening as possible, and tapped her on the shoulder.
“Excuse me, miss, can I have a moment of your time?” He asked, purposefully fidgeting.
