My first request to you! This story is a few year's old. Tony, already with a desperate crush on Steve, tasks himself with making Steve's uniform stronger, since Steve is ending almost every mission with his uniform partially off. I think in the end, the culprit is someone who thinks it's a crime for Steve's body to be covered up. Help? And thank you!
