Hello! Thank you so much for your previous help so now I have another, lol. This fic was a long fic and I'm pretty sure it was on Hex Files. Im reasonably sure it was marked as noncon. It begins with Draco losing his memories and essentially gets stuck with Harry. There are pretty heavy bdsm themes with Draco subbing and essentially being a pet for a while to Harry and Harry is really awful to him at first. Draco is under the impression I believe that him and Harry were together. Slowly memories come back and Draco remembers that he was an unspeakable and married to another unspeakable. Him and his husband were the ones involved in bdsm. Draco is incredibly hurt and distressed by this understanding. I think a remote cabin and a picture of him and his husband was found at some point as well. I wish I had more detail but alas.
