this is the reprogrammed au, where i changed up events in valiant hero so rhm turned into a cyborg and was locked up as that (instead of reg being handed over it was the files they made like a trade, but rhm still got messed up so gspi but swapped with bounty hunter somehow idk ill make it work) and the clan broke him and reg out after the rocket exploded or something idk, and then we all know the events of valiant hero and what happened to charles
im in denial about that ending and made charles into a cyborg so now we have 2 robot men running around
i also have a fan faction mafia who are rivalling the toppats, like they haaateee eachother
so i put it all into a blender and came up with this on a 2 and a half hour christmas trip to bath while listening to 6up 5oh cop-out so now you lovely people can see rhm babysit a bat-shit crazy charles 😅
(charles was still getting used to his cyborg enhancements when the mafia kidnapped him, so his programming got messed up and somehow his personality went WOOSH crazy time, rhm stays the same because he was more used to it all)
