Whenever you are Feeling Down
Just realize that 90% of follicles in the ovary that are growing, undergo atresia (death) before they can be ovulated. That’s a 10% or less chance of an egg being able to ovulate and thrown into the oviduct (Fallopian tube).
You were that 10%.
Just realize that out of 200 million sperm that are released, only 1 (yes, one) gets to penetrate the zona pellucida and fertilize the oocyte to create the embryo.
You were that one sperm.
No matter how small or worthless you may feel, just realize that you’ve made it this far, and that you mean something. You are here for a reason. When you staring something down that seems so big, so daunting, so impossible, just realize that you’ve faced greater odds of failing before... and you’ve beaten them.
